TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• First Down Payment to seal the deal: Rp. 10.000.000,-
• Second Down Payment to start development: 30 % of Selling Price inclusive of first down payment of Rp. 10.000.000,-
• 6 monthly installments following the second down payment.
• Kredit Perumahan Rakyat (KPR) is acceptable for residence.
• Kredit Perumahan Rakyat is not acceptable for villa.

This Promotional Rate Agreement is provided by BUMI LINGGAH – “The Pratama Villas” for All Market 2008, covering contract period as stated below.

• Daily American Breakfast
  • 2 pax for 1-Bedroom Villa occupants
  • 4 pax for 2-Bedroom Villa occupants
  • 6 pax for 3-Bedroom Villa occupants
• Welcome drink and flower arrangement upon arrival
• One full Maxi Bar (two tins of Beer, one Cokes, and one Fantas)
• Free shuttle service to and from Sanur, Ubud & Kuta as per schedule

• All rates stated above subject to an additional 21% Service Charge & Government Tax
• 50% Down-Payment need to be transferred to us at most 7 days after Booking Confirmation (This fund is non-refundable if failed to show during check-in date)
• Cancellation request received by management within 3 days prior to booking time will attract 50% of entire booking value as cancellation fee. No Refund will be given for No Show
