Contract Rates in US$
The above rates include:
- Breakfast prepared for 2 pax staying at 1-Bedroom Villa, 4 pax staying at 2-Bedroom Villa and 6 pax staying at 3-Bedroom Villa.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast cooked in the villa by our chef, for 2 person in One-Bedroom Villa, for 4 person in Two-Bedroom Villa, and for 6 person in Three-Bedroom Villa.
- Welcome drink upon arrival & daily flower arrangement.
- One full Maxi Bar (two tins of Beer, one Cokes, and one Fantas).
- Free shuttle service to and from Sanur, Ubud & Kuta as per schedule.

Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are subject to an additional 21% Service Charge & Government Tax.
- Upgrading to 2 or 3-Bedroom Villa is available at special rate.
- Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% off the contract rate and full rate for a no show.
- Offer is valid through April 1st– July 31st, 2008.

Method of payment:
- Cash Payment by Bank Note (in USD) & Cash Payment by Bank Note (in Rupiah) with currency is based on daily rate..
- Cash Payment by Bank Note (in Rupiah): currency rate depend on that time.
