Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully because by using The Pratama Villas you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

  • Deal Payment: Rp. 25.000.000,-
  • Down Payment 30 % of Selling Price.
  • Retail Cash paid 6 times in 6 months term (development is begun after Down Payment paid).
  • Hard Cash paid in 1 Month term ( the building is ready to be inhabited).
  • Kredit Perumahan Rakyat is acceptable for residence.
  • Kredit Perumahan Rakyat is not acceptable for villa.
